Bone sells pet wellness products, supplements, chews, and related goods. Product descriptions, ingredients, benefits, and usage directions are provided for general informational purposes only.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and/or third-party payment processors. We do not store full payment card details on our website.

You may cancel your subscription before the next billing date through your account portal or by contacting us at support@bone.shop. Cancellation requests must be received before the next order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

You are responsible for using our products according to the directions provided. Monitor your pet when introducing any new product. Discontinue use and consult your veterinarian if your pet experiences any adverse reaction.

We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, overuse, improper storage, failure to follow instructions, allergies, sensitivities, or use with pets for whom the product is not appropriate.

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product names, videos, and design elements, belongs to Bone or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission.
